Returns & Refunds Policy

At MCRmailing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund.

Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned in their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mcrmailing.com

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement, full refund, partial refund, or store credit depending on the circumstances. Photographic evidence may be requested to help us assess the issue.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–7 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 working days, we recommend first contacting your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at info@mcrmailing.com before returning the product. We will advise you on the next steps and available replacement options.
